Your appointment is time specifically set aside for you. Generally, appointments need to be made well in advance as time slots fill quickly. Swoon Lash and Brow will now require all appointments to be reserved with a credit card whether booked in person or online.
No-Show/Late Cancelation Policy:
If an appointment needs to be canceled or, rescheduled, it must be done with a 24hr advanced notice by phone. Cancellations or, reschedules, within 24hrs of a scheduled appointment will be charged half of the amount of the service(s) booked to the credit card on file.
Your appointment time is specifically set aside for you. Clients running late may still be seen if they so choose, however, your appointment time cannot be extended and will be charged for the original time booked. If you are more than 15 mins late your appointment will have to be rescheduled and half of the service will be charged.
All services have a limited time guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, we will
redo the service originally booked at no expense. Swoon Lash and Brow does not provide cash refunds.
Lash & Brow Hygiene:
We strongly recommend that clients arrive to their scheduled appointment free of make-up. This will allow us to focus the allotted time on your booked service(s). If you are unable to do so and time is taken to remove make-up when you arrive, it will just limit the amount of time for your service.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted. Your eyes are closed and ours are focused on you.
With the exception of service animals, Texas state law prohibits pets, or animals, in the studio.
