CANCELLATION POLICY:
To protect the livelihood of our service providers, we kindly request 24 hours notice BY PHONE for any appointment changes or cancellations. Guests who no show and do not contact the salon 24 hours prior will be charged for 100% of their booked service.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS:

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS:
- Less than 12 hours notice will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
- "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.'
- Incorrect booking of service type by the client will result in a charge of 50% of the fee for the services booked but unused.
GRACE PERIOD:
We have a grace period of 10 minutes. Arriving late may affect the length of your service, or prevent us from providing you with the full service(s) you booked. Arriving late will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount for those services we are unable to perform in your booked time as a result of the late arrival. Please be mindful prior to booking if you are not comfortable with these policies
