If you’re having eyelash treatments (tinting, lifts, or extensions), we ask that you avoid wearing foundation, eyeliner, eye shadow, mascara, eye creams, and eye serums. (We won’t hold a little lipstick against you, though.) Please also refrain from consuming caffeine before the appointment.
Be prepared not to get them wet 24hrs after your appointment… This applies to eyelash extensions, lash lift & brow lamination.
If you’re taking Accutane®, using topicals such as Retin-A®, Tazorac®, Differin®, Azelez®, or you’ve recently had chemical exfoliation/peel, microdermabrasion, or injectables (Botox®), your skin is delicate and waxing can easily damage it.
If you are looking to have your brows shaped, we recommend booking a brow tweeze session instead.

If you normally wear contacts, we recommend that you skip them on the day of your appointment and wear glasses instead.
We kindly request 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel your appointment. If you no-show your appointment or fail to give 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged for 100% of the service you’ve booked.
Less than 12 hours’ notice will result in being charged 50% of the total booking.
Arriving late may affect the length of your service, or prevent us from doing all the services you booked us for. If we’re unable to perform a service that you booked because you arrived late, you’ll be charged 50% of the reserved service.
If you book the wrong service, you’ll be charged 50% of the fee if you don’t use the service.
Microblading is a surface-level tattooing treatment that will keep your eyebrows fuller looking for up to 18 months. Wispy & Ombre can last from 6-12 months. Regular touch-ups are recommended depending on the look you're trying to maintain.
A touch up is not included, expect an approximate 4-6 weeks for complete healing time and 2 weeks of post treatment aftercare.
